With his first release since 2017’s Hex Void, Vampyroteuthis Infernalis takes the listener on a sonic journey to the depths of the ocean, evoking feelings of isolation and fear as much as a sense of calm and introspection.

Clocking in at just under 1 hour Vampyroteuthis Infernalis gradually unfolds offering more to the listener with every successive play through. Pulling influence from a deep well of 70’s Kosmiche music, early New Age music, modern synthesists ( Steve Moore / Emeralds) and Blue Planet documentaries, Vampyroteuthis Infernalis stands as it’s own unique soundscape in the vast land of contemporary synth music.
